What can an independent commercial examination establish about a business?
A business may already be extensively understood. Management may know it from the inside. Owners, advisers, investors, finance providers and specialists may each bring information, analysis and expertise.

Ways to Commission an Examination
Different commercial questions call for different examinations.
The appropriate examination depends on what needs to be understood, the circumstances and the scope required.
The three examinations below can each be commissioned directly. None requires a Commercial Assessment first.
A Commercial Evidence Scan examines available evidence across selected commercial areas to establish what it supports. It may establish commercially significant observations, provide sufficient understanding for the immediate purpose or identify matters warranting closer examination. A Scan is a separately commissioned examination in its own right; it does not have to lead to another service.
Discuss a Commercial Evidence Scan →A Commercial Evidence Diagnostic examines relevant commercial areas and, where appropriate, their relationships and dependencies in greater depth. Relevant internal information and access may form part of the agreed scope. It can be commissioned directly where the circumstances warrant more substantial examination. It is not an automatic next step after a Scan.

It may be commissioned directly when the matter is already defined, or following another RhinoRev examination. Its depth is determined by the question and agreed scope, not by a predetermined service sequence. It is not necessarily less substantial than a broader Diagnostic.
